Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the steak, onions, and bell peppers in olive oil.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Open the hoagie rolls and fill them with the cooked steak mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Place the filled rolls back in the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted.
  8. Serve immediately.
