- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the steak, onions, and bell peppers in olive oil.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Open the hoagie rolls and fill them with the cooked steak mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place the filled rolls back in the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use pre-sliced steak for quicker preparation.
- Customize with your favorite cheese or add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce if desired.
