- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss steak strips with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add bell peppers and onion to the bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until steak is cooked and veggies are tender.
- Squeeze lime juice over the cooked steak and vegetables.
- Serve over cooked rice, topped with cilantro and avocado slices.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for 30 minutes before cooking.
