- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Grease a small baking dish with vegetable oil.
- Pour the batter into the dish.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Let cool before slicing.
