Description
A delicious and easy-to-make sticky toffee pudding cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup toffee sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Soak dates in boiling water and baking soda for 10 minutes, then blend into a paste.
- Cream butter and sugar, then mix in egg and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine date paste with the batter.
- Pour into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Drizzle with toffee sauce before serving.

- Use a toothpick to check doneness.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
