Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Transfer fruit mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
  5. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
