Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Gala work well)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed apples.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the stuffed apples in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the apples are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
