Easy and delicious air fryer stuffed apples with a sweet cinnamon filling.
Ingredients

- 4 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Gala work well)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed apples.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the stuffed apples in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until the apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Choose firm apples for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
