Description
Stuffed bell peppers cooked in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Mix in cooked rice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
- Place peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 2 more minutes.
Notes
- Use any color bell pepper.
- Substitute quinoa for rice if preferred.
- Add diced tomatoes for extra moisture.
