- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese-spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with extra salt and pepper if needed.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
- Replace spinach with sun-dried tomatoes for a different flavor.
