Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and spinach, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese-spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with extra salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
  • Replace spinach with sun-dried tomatoes for a different flavor.
