- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Secure openings with toothpicks if stuffing leaks out.
- Adjust cook time based on chicken thickness.
- Use fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained).
