- 12 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into each pepper half.
- Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
