Description

Delicious mushrooms stuffed with a savory filling and cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. Chop mushroom stems finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff mushrooms with the mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.

  • Use fresh mushrooms for best results.
  • Adjust seasoning to your preference.
  • If mixture is dry, add a bit more olive oil.
