Ingredients

- 12 large button mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and tender.
- Serve warm.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Adjust filling ingredients to taste.
- Check mushrooms halfway through cooking.
