Description

Crispy air-fried mushrooms stuffed with a creamy spinach and cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and tender.
  7. Serve warm.

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
