Description

A simple and delicious air fryer recipe for stuffed peaches, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  2. In a bowl, mix granola, honey, cinnamon, melted butter, and chopped nuts.
  3. Stuff each peach half with the granola mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the stuffed peaches in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the peaches are soft and the topping is crispy.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use firm but ripe peaches for best results.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup and butter with coconut oil.
