A simple and delicious air fryer recipe for stuffed peaches, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

- 4 ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- In a bowl, mix granola, honey, cinnamon, melted butter, and chopped nuts.
- Stuff each peach half with the granola mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the stuffed peaches in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the peaches are soft and the topping is crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe peaches for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup and butter with coconut oil.
