- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Brush the mushrooms with olive oil.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the breadcrumb mixture into each mushroom.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
