- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and top with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh mozzarella for a creamier texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Add fresh basil for garnish if desired.
