Description

A quick and flavorful chicken dish made with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken with olive oil.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken and top with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Use fresh mozzarella for a creamier texture.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
