Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Stuff each pocket with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
  4. Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
