- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure the pockets if needed.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil.
