  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken, add potatoes and broccoli, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the chicken (165°F or 74°C).
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
