Crispy, flavorful cauliflower bites coated in sweet chili sauce and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets in cornstarch until lightly coated.
- Dip each floret in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower bites in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust sweetness or spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs and tamari for a gluten-free version.
