- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Brush the glaze on the meatballs and cook for 2 more minutes.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Double the glaze for extra flavor.
