Description

Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup fruit jam (your choice)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Add cold water and knead into a dough.
- Roll dough and cut into circles.
- Place jam in the center of each circle.
- Fold dough over and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden.

- Use any jam flavor you prefer.
- Ensure edges are sealed well to prevent leaks.
