Easy and delicious chocolate chip cookies made with tahini and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk tahini, sugars, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls and place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
