Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer tandoori chicken made with yogurt and spices.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, oil, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney.
