A quick and easy air fryer tater tot casserole with crispy tots, melted cheese, and savory ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half the tater tots in the air fryer basket, then spread the beef mixture on top.
- Add remaining tater tots, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tots are crispy.
Notes
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add diced bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
