- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Toss meatballs with teriyaki sauce before serving.

- Use lean ground chicken or turkey for best results.
