A quick and healthy teriyaki salmon recipe made in the air fryer. Perfect for a weeknight dinner with minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Coat salmon fillets with the sauce and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen salmon fillets. Thaw if frozen.
- Adjust cooking time based on salmon thickness.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
