- 1/4 cup fresh Thai basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, Thai basil, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, red pepper flakes, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Lightly coat meatballs with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce or over rice.

- Use fresh Thai basil for best flavor.
