Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Toss the chicken with olive oil.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  8. Serve hot with rice or salad.
