- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve hot with rice or salad.

- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
