Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the coconut mixture.
