Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place the chicken strips in the air fryer in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
