- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the chicken strips in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with extra peanut sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Serve with cucumber slices or rice for a complete meal.
