Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F.
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Season the turkey evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, breast side down.
- Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving.
