A quick and easy twist on classic tiramisu, made in mugs using an air fryer for a creamy, coffee-flavored dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 12 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer them in mugs.
- Spread mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers, ending with mascarpone.
- Air fry at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Chill for 2 hours for firmer texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use decaf coffee if preferred.
