Crispy and sweet toffee cups made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Fold in the toffee bits.
- Divide the dough into small portions and press into silicone cupcake liners.
- Place liners in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone liners to prevent sticking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
