Description
A quick and easy snack made with popcorn and toffee in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 cups popped popcorn
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F.
- Spread popcorn evenly in the air fryer basket.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Drizzle the toffee mixture over the popcorn.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use plain popcorn for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
