- 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even crispiness.
