Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss the tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even crispiness.
