Description
Crispy tofu nuggets made in an air fryer for a healthier snack or meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Toss tofu in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip tofu in soy sauce, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tofu in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray tofu lightly with oil before air frying.
