Crispy air fryer tofu that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Toss with olive oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Cook tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.

Notes

  • Use extra firm tofu for best texture.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Serve with dipping sauce.
