Crispy air fryer tofu that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Toss with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
Notes
- Use extra firm tofu for best texture.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
