Description

Ingredients

  • 45 fresh basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  3. Layer tomato slices, basil leaves, and mozzarella on the unbrushed side of one bread slice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the second bread slice, oiled side facing out.
  6. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
