Description
A quick and delicious sandwich made in the air fryer with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4–5 fresh basil leaves
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- Layer tomato slices, basil leaves, and mozzarella on the unbrushed side of one bread slice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second bread slice, oiled side facing out.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
