- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Let cool completely before storing.
