A quick and easy breakfast recipe using air fryer to make turkey bacon egg cups.
Ingredients

- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Line each muffin cup with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Crack one egg into each bacon-lined cup.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Remove carefully and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Use silicone muffin liners for easier removal.
- Add shredded cheese if desired.
