Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook patties for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, and Dijon mustard to make the aioli.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble burgers with aioli, lettuce, and tomato.

- For juicier burgers, avoid over-mixing the turkey.
