Description

Make juicy turkey meatballs with a sweet cranberry glaze in your air fryer. Perfect for a quick appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Lightly brush meatballs with olive oil.
  5. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
  8. Brush glaze over meatballs and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
