- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Lightly brush meatballs with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
- Brush glaze over meatballs and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh or canned cranberry sauce.
