- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- You can substitute ground chicken for turkey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
