Description

Juicy and flavorful turkey meatballs cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist. Quick to make and perfect for meal prep or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place meatballs in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side.

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • You can substitute ground chicken for turkey.
