Description

A creamy and delicious Turkish rice pudding made easy in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickness)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Pour into an air fryer-safe dish.
  4. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little milk and add for thickness.
  6. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.
