Description
A creamy and delicious Turkish rice pudding made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickness)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix rice, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little milk and add for thickness.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.
Notes
- Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve chilled for best texture.
