Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix turmeric, ginger, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
