Juicy chicken skewers marinated with turmeric and ginger, cooked in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix turmeric, ginger, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of chicken pieces.
- Serve with yogurt dip or fresh salad.
