Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted vegan butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl to make batter.
  3. Coat cauliflower florets in batter.
  4. Place florets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
