Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the glaze.
- Air fry for 3 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
