Description
Crispy vegetable spring rolls made in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to deep frying.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place 1 tbsp filling on each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Keep unused wrappers covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
