Description
A juicy whole chicken cooked in an air fryer with garlic and rosemary for a crispy skin and flavorful meat.
Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken (3–4 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then flip the chicken breast-side up.
- Cook for another 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Notes
- Use kitchen twine to tie legs for even cooking.
- Check chicken halfway to prevent overcooking.
