A quick and healthy breakfast or snack made with layers of yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit, prepared effortlessly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract.
- Layer the yogurt mixture, granola, and berries in small oven-safe ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until lightly warmed.
- Remove carefully, let cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
- Use any fresh or frozen fruit you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a crunchier texture, add granola after air frying.
