Description

A quick and healthy breakfast or snack made with layers of yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit, prepared effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Layer the yogurt mixture, granola, and berries in small oven-safe ramekins.
  3. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until lightly warmed.
  5. Remove carefully, let cool slightly, and serve.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
