A delicious Yule log cake made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the egg mixture.
- Pour batter into a lined baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Roll the cake while warm with a towel.
- Let it cool, then unroll and spread whipped cream.
- Roll again and dust with powdered sugar.

- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Let the cake cool slightly before rolling to avoid cracks.
